Lab – Trip Alert Hands-On

This lab is designed to teach your company’s Trip Alert administrator
how to run reports, create and modify alerts, build Geo-fences, and
understand Trip Alert’s swap functionality. After completing the lab
attendees should be able to manage their Trip Alert program much
more effectively.

Who should attend: Beginning to intermediate administrators
of Trip Alert.


Planning Solutions Overview

Pricing, solicitation, freight mix, and power to load assignments
are just a few concepts and solutions which make up TMW
Optimization’s planning solutions. This session will provide an
introduction, theory, and a high level overview for each of the

Expert Fuel Overview

is to offer an overview of the Expert Fuel environment along with a
rapid overview of Expert Fuel’s functionality and capability.

Netwise Historical Analysis

Netwise Historical Analysis uses yield to provide an objective
measure of the profitability of your historical load movements.
This class will cover the process of generating Historical Analysis
and will explain new features included in the latest release of

Execution Solutions Overview

TMW Optimization execution solutions address the life of a
truckload movement from dispatch through delivery. Optimization
solutions are designed primarily to control costs which include
route and fuel optimization, route compliance and ETA monitoring,
relay optimization and list mile directions. This course will provide
an introduction, theory and a high level overview for each of the
execution solutions.

Who should attend: All attendees looking to control costs by
optimizing fuel and routing. This class is also offered Tuesday at

Match Advice Overview

This class is a must for anyone interested in learning more about
Match Advice and power to load optimization. Explore the
theories behind Match Advice, the parameters available, and the
way to maximize its ROI. Uncover the keys to succeeding with

Expert Fuel Reporting

reporting capabilities of Expert Fuel. After attending this class,
you will have a better understanding of the following reports:

reporting features.


Match Advice Administration

Find out how to get the most out of the power to load optimization.
This class will cover the impact that Power Division and Load
Division Parameters have on the results of the optimization. Learn
how to make changes and run them in a ‘test’ environment before
moving them into production.

Match Advice or the optimization results from Netwise.


Trip Alert Overview

This class will demonstrate the features and benefits of the Trip
Alert system. Trip Alert basic functionality will be covered such as
out of route, late estimations, alerts, swaps, and reporting. The
Netgraf LT program will be demonstrated which shows fleet status
on a map and has extensive filtering and swap functionality.

Who should attend: Anyone interested in a way to view their fleet
status with detailed trip information that not only identifies problems
but also offers solutions.


Netwise Pricing
DAY / TIME: Tuesday – 10:45 a.m.

The price is right, or is it? A price spread analysis compares current
pricing by customer with parameters to assist in other more
profitable pricing opportunities. This class will uncover where
pricing opportunities are available and use the price to find the
impact versus current pricing.

Who should attend: Existing Netwise users.


Trip Alert Administration
DAY / TIME: Tuesday – 10:45 a.m.

Effectively control swap parameters, system parameters, and map
parameters inside Trip Alert and NetgrafLT. Take a closer look at
how to add terminals and drop yards to the system, set up swap
compatibility rules, and geographic restrictions.

Who should attend: Anyone who is or would be responsible for
administrating the Trip Alert system.


NetgrafLT

How would you like to see all of your fleets on a map? Netgraf LT is
the front line program for the Trip Alert system. It is a map that shows
your entire fleet with details on active trips. It has extensive fi ltering
capability to find trips of interest. This class will cover the same
training that a typical dispatcher would receive. After taking this class,
any attendee should know how to use Netgraf LT effectively. There will
be some time available for questions and custom situations.

about software available with Trip Alert.

Expert Fuel Routing Options

route creation. Come discover the various ways to manipulate fuel
server routers to create the routes you would like your drivers to

Parameters, and Expert Fuel Toll Optimization.

Integrated Insight – Match Advice

Integrated Insight – Trip Alert
