Many organizations continue to live with their sins from the past, doing business ‘as usual’ not fully realizing that they may be leaving money on the table with respect to driving efficiency gains. Analyzing and streamlining your business processes should be viewed as an important first step when considering any large change or investment. This course will examine three approaches TMW offers that focus specifically on streamlining and

We will show you how to create a dashboard view for C-Level managers to see how their operation is functioning. The layers are essentially Strategic (C-Level: CEO, CFO, COO, etc.), Tactical (VP level), Operational (Operation Manager Level), and Executional (User level).
