Our Management Team:

	Tom Weisz  Chairman of the Board Tom Weisz founded TMW Systems in 1983 to provide network-based fleet operations management systems to trucking companies; his company is now the leading developer and integrator of enterprise resource planning systems for the transportation industry. Weisz has been active in the trucking industry for more than 30 years and uses his experience to develop and constantly refine a vision of the industry’s future needs. He frequently offers his insights at industry association meetings and in trade publications. He served for five years as co-chairman of the Truckload Carriers Association Membership Committee. Weisz has received Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award in recognition of his efforts for providing a solid foundation for future economic growth.
	David Wangler President, CEO As president and chief executive officer of TMW Systems, Inc., David Wangler leads the largest provider of enterprise software to the trucking and logistics industry. His move to TMW in early 2006 proved to be a natural fit. With more than 20 years’ experience in supply chain and software manufacturing, Wangler is recognized for his vision, business acumen and his ability to create unique yet functional business synergies. Under his leadership and in fewer than 18 months, TMW acquired three complementary companies—Maddocks Systems, TMT Software and Integrated Decision Support Corporation (IDSC). The expansion positions TMW in the marketplace with a full portfolio of integrated enterprise transportation software (ETS), fleet maintenance and fuel optimization solutions. Prior to joining TMW, Wangler held executive management posts in the US and abroad for SupplyWorks Inc., now a part of Intuitive Manufacturing Systems, Baan, SKYVA International and Wonderware Corporation.
	David Mook Executive Vice President/Chief Operating Officer and Chief Technology Officer David Mook joined TMW Systems in 1987. His expertise in math, science and computer technology has helped shape TMW’s innovative approach to technology for the trucking industry. Mook was also one of the original developers of TMW’s foundation products, TMWSuite. Mook oversees all product development operations including TMW’s PACE Team, which is a new research and development group formed to introduce exciting new technologies to TMW customers and to the trucking industry.
	Jeffrey Ritter Chief Financial Officer As CFO of TMW Systems, Ritter manages all financial aspects of the company, greatly contributing to TMW’s fiscal strength and escalated growth over the last five years. He plays a crucial role in developing strategic annual operational and long-term financial plans for each of the company’s product groups. Jeff joined TMW Systems in 1999 and brings to his position more than seventeen years of financial services experience, including KPMG Peat Marwick, where he specialized in international manufacturers and financial service clients, ITS, Inc., where he managed the domestic and international expansion of the company from $32 million in revenue to $120 million within a four year period.
	Bob Maddocks Sr. Vice President, Business Development In more than 25 years in the supply chain and transportation management software arena, Bob Maddocks has become known for outstanding customer service and innovative, visionary solutions for the trucking industry. In his leadership role at TMW, Bob identifies and develops new industry alliances and partnerships as well as creates new opportunities to partner with leading carriers in the industry. The experience he brings to this position comes from his work as founder, President and CEO of Maddocks Systems, now a part of TMW. Maddocks started the company in 1981 and grew it to Canada’s largest enterprise management software company by driving technology to meet industry needs, including development of the award-winning TruckMate product. He is a graduate of the British Columbia Institute of Technology and has received numerous industry awards and recognition.
	Randall Burrell General Manager, TMW Canada In Randall’s position as General Manager of TMW Canada, he oversees all day to day activities with respect to development, support and professional services for the Maddocks TruckMate solution. Prior to TMW, Randall built his carreer at Maddocks Systems. He joined the organization in 1985 and held roles in a number of key functional areas. As the first Maddocks' salesperson, he was instrumental in developing new territories and building the Maddocks sales department. In 1995 he was promoted to the role of VP Sales and Marketing and he initiated the new marketing direction for the TM4Win product which eventually included the entry into the US market.  In Late 2004, Randall took on the role of Chief Operating Officer.
